Why choose us?

We only use our own pigs or lambs, so we can guarantee they are 100% free range , raised on our smallholding, living as nature intended. We never ‘buy in’ stock.

We only cook on wood or charcoal, not gas.(we are the only hog roast caterer registered with Chichester Enviromental  Health Dept. that cook on a "real" fire)
 We believe the taste is far superior.

We cook your pig or lamb from scratch, at your party.(a lot of gas cooked pigs are pre-cooked, and then ‘finished’ at your party).

We can offer a basic package alternatively , we can supply salads, rolls etc.

We are registered with our local authority, and a copy of our certificate is available.
