All Things Pork

A big thank you to everybody who came along and supported us on Saturday, hopefully you were pleased with your purchases. For those of you who missed out on sausages ( these sold VERY quickly) we will be at the shop again on the 5th of November. If you would like to pre-order any cuts or sausages, please let us know ASAP!.  And finally a BIG thank you to every body who advertised for us either via Facebook or twitter, you know who you are! (and I will pester you all again!)

  1. I bought a gammon joint from you on the Saturday and I have to tell everyone that it was the most fantastic gammon I have ever eaten!!! I cooked it in my crock pot with some carrots onions and thyme, I also put a muslin bag of lentils in to make peas pudding. The gammon could be cut with a spoon and melted in the mouth, the stock made a fantastic soup which we had last night and the left over gammon( not much) was made into sandwiches with English mustard. I have asked my friend to buy me 2 gammons and bring to my house next time when we meet up. keep up the great work, as soon as I have freezer space I will buy half a pig!!
